Lil Bales embraces independence and attitude on latest release “Outlaw (Leak)”

On "Outlaw (Leak)," Lil Bales raps about independence, street smarts, and complicated relationships with a defiant, unapologetic sound. The sight of girls playing games on a cell phone screen is a jarring juxtaposition that sets the song's dismissive tone. The song has a purposeful edge, moving from romantic frustration to self-sufficiency to bold proclamations of identity. "I can do that myself, trust me" highlights the song's main theme of self-reliance. The song's attitude is unmistakable, but its appeal lies in its raw delivery and uncompromising character.
