Arys Harmon's latest release, "Anima," is a philosophical song, with fast drumming and guitar. It is a thoughtful song about the fragility of change, Identity, and survival. For me, the best part of the song is the writing. That feeling of trying to hold on to something slipping away, even when you don't know what it is. "Soul, where are you?" is a more earnest quest for freedom than body. And I find myself repeating the teaching's resolve to keep walking through the pain. For me, Anima is an emotional quest for survival through experience, coming to terms with uncertainty and discovering the strength to go on.
