Dave Christen latest release “Dirty Water” is an energetic journey into the mystical world of Terlingua, Texas, where sunshine, freedom and adventure seem to go on forever. The storytelling on the song is a little old school and a little road worn. Outsized sense of escape are lyrical flourishes like “WERE GOING WHERE THE SUNSHINE LIVES FOREVER.” You can’t help but feel the Texas character to it. Dirty Water is a musical postcard from a place where every turn reveals another story.
