Kin Hana finds beauty and absurdity with latest release "howling world"

Kin Hana’s latest release, "Howling World," is a contemplation on alienation and connection. It is inspired by the painting Young Girl Eating a Bird by René Magritte and expresses the absurd contradiction of the painting. There’s an interesting emotional tension to the idea of somebody rejecting the world but at the same time consuming part of the world for the song. Hana calls the world that suddenly is the character's and the senseless world gone, the "howling world." This contradiction gives the density of the trace. “Howling World” is almost a meditation on the irrational, the distance and the weird ways we still connect to a world we sometimes want to escape from.
