Backsprint's latest release, "Roll That Stone" is a raw and unpolished statement of intent that starts things off. Uroš Jojić, the lead singer, sings with a lot of emotion and grit, and the band loves to be imperfect and full of energy. The song was recorded live with no studio polish. It draws on Southern and blues rock but also develops its own sound. It's loud, honest, and refreshingly human, which shows that being real is still more powerful than being perfect.
